SuperCan serisi ve İstanbul Kıyamet Vakti gibi oyunlarla dünya pazarında ülkemizi temsil eden firma artık TTNET’e ait. BTK’ya devir işleri için başvuran iki firmaya kurul dün yaptığı yazılı açıklamayla onay verdi. 15 gün içerisinde başlanacak devir işlemlerinden sonra TTNET resmi olarak oyun dünyasında bulunacak. PlayStore adlı sistemle Türkiye’de orijinal oyun satışı yapan TTNET yeni yatırımıyla kendi içeriklerini üretecek. BTK’nın birleşmeyle ilgili resmi açıklamasına aşağıdaki metinden ulaşabilirsiniz.

1) SOBEE Yazılım ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.’nin TTNET AŞ bünyesinde devir yoluyla birleşmesine Kurul Kararı tarihi itibariyle izin verilmesi,

2) SOBEE Yazılım ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.’nin TTNET AŞ bünyesinde devir yoluyla birleşmesinin ilgili ticaret siciline tescil edildiği tarihten itibaren 15 (onbeş) gün içerisinde Kurumumuza bilgi verilmesi, hususlarına karar verilmiştir.
