Projenin Başlangıç aşamasında bu iki lonca ağırlıklı Lonca içi fazla aktif olamayan arkadaşların ve biz Yüksek Konseyin atamasını yapıcağı Kanat Loncalarda Yönetim Kadrosunu oluşturucak belli bir kadronun ataması ile canlanıcaktır. Bunun yanı sıra Merkez loncaya katılmak için baş vuruda bulunulan bazı bilgi sahibi olmadığımız tanımadığımız oyuncularda ilk aşamada deneme süresini Merkezin belirleyeceği sürece Kanat Loncalara alınarak yapılıcaktır. Merkez Yüksek Konseyi Başkan Yardımcısı Kurtarxatakaan ( Atakan ) Doğu Kurt Hanlığı ' nın başında bizzat bulunucaktır. Merkez Konseyi Başkan yardımcısı EVLADIFATİHA ( Berkay ) Batı Kurt Hanlığı 'nın bizzat başında bulunucaktır. Kanat Loncalar Merkez Yüksek Konseyin 2 Mensubundan oluşuyor zaten buda drek olarak bu Hanlıkların Merkez Konseyine Başkanlığa bağlı yapıyor.
